Chamber furnaces for hardening metal
Electric and gas-fired chamber furnaces are designed for the thermal processing of small to medium-sized parts in both single and batch production. These types of furnaces are used for hardening, tempering, pre-forging heating, normalizing, and other thermal treatment processes. Compared to similar ceramic and glass furnaces, these furnaces are heavier, have a stronger construction, and better resistance to thermal shocks, which is essential when working with heavy loads. Higher power ensures a very quick temperature recovery after loading the parts. The chamber is equipped with vents or valves for smoke removal during heating.
