Automatic line for aluminium parts hardening

Automatic line for aluminium parts hardening is used in automotive parts manufacturing companies where repeatability and process stability are required. These lines ensure process stability, high repeatability of results, and eliminate human error. When baskets with parts are placed on the platform and the START button is pressed, the process proceeds automatically:
  1. Parts are transported to the furnace.
  2. The doors close.
  3. Parts are heated according to the selected program.
  4. At the end of the heating cycle, the doors open.
  5. The platform with parts is submerged in water for a set time.
  6. The doors close again.
  7. After the set time in the water, the platform rises and the line is ready for a new batch of parts.
