Quenching baths
Quenching baths are designed for the rapid cooling of heated steel parts by immersing them in a liquid. The quenching medium can be oil, water, or a water-polymer solution. All baths are equipped with preheating, cooling, and mixing systems connected to the bath control. In this way, the temperature of the quenching medium is maintained within the set limits.
